Terms & Conditions
1. Payment
(i) A 50% deposit will be required upon booking with the remaining 50% payable a minimum of 14 days prior to the agreed date of the event.
(ii) If the customer fails to make any payment on the due dates provided then we are entitled to cancel the contract or suspend the provision of any services.
2. Cancellations
Any cancellation within a three week period prior to the event shall result in the loss of the initial 50% deposit. This is to cover the administration and other charges related to the booking. If an event needs to be rescheduled for a later date due to unforeseen circumstances affecting either party new payment terms will be discussed and agreed at the time of rescheduling.
