Who We Are
Our philosophy is, if you love to eat, you will find a seat at Chloe’s Table.
Chloe’s Table loves to partake in all aspects of your culinary journey. It is our unquestionable passion and mix of specialities, talent and experience that makes us the perfect fit for your private dining event.
Our team’s skill sets range from fine dining, with experience working in fine dining restaurants, to home cooking experts specialising in hearty food that packs a punch.
To us, cooking is not a job, it is a way of life! We are always pushing to discover new flavour combinations and dishes that tantalise and excite. Being based in North Yorkshire means that we have an abundance of fantastic produce on our doorstep that really amplify the flavour profiles in all of our dishes.
Services
As well as being the founder of Chloe’s Table Ltd and the head chef of the private dining arm of the business, I am also a recipe developer and food stylist for many brands and retailers. It is my mix of skills, accompanied by the rest of the team’s experience within the food industry that means whatever your requirements are – Chloe’s Table will have you covered.
A Bespoke Service
We take the hard work out of entertaining by spoiling and indulging you with exciting and experimental food in the comfort of your own surroundings.
We recognise that every event is different; whether choosing from our set menus or indulging in our bespoke service, we can cater for any event type ranging from 6 people to 60! Be it a gourmet Sunday roast, an alfresco banquet, a fine dining 8 course tasting menu or a corporate event, look no further! Each experience demands its own food and service offering. As such, every menu is crafted and designed to suit your needs and proposed event.
MasterChef
I was a Masterchef quarter finalist and met my demise over a pie... it is safe to say that my quest for the perfect pie is now complete – no soggy bottoms here! My dishes were highly praised and I was labelled chef of the day by John Torode. It is this experience that has driven me to train further and build my own private dining enterprise.
Over the last two years I have had the pleasure of working with global brands and clients to create ultimate dining experiences, utilising flavours and ingredients from around the world. Greg Wallace once said of me on MasterChef, ‘that girl can COOK’ so, why not test his statement and book a dining event today?
Food Hygiene
Dining IN is absolutely the new dining out and we recognise the importance of dining safely. We pride ourselves on our food hygiene rating (5/5). With the recent Covid-19 pandemic we will be ensuring that we continue to adhere to all food hygiene guidance and follow the Food Standards Agency’s guidance on good hygiene practices in food preparation and their Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point processes. We will also ensure that we comply with any additional guidance in place at this time.
